    Hi.
I’ve changed the Profile Maximum Width (in appearance>profile) to 1200px (as the rest of the site) and changed the ‘Image Upload Maximum Width’ to the same but profiles are still showing at the default 1000px.

Do I need to create a custom template to achieve this? If so, can I edit a copy of the default template and just change the width? Thank you.

    Hi @stunley,

This option can be overwritten by your theme settings.
Do you use any nonstandard page builder plugins e.g Visual composer?
Have you tried to test this on the default WordPress theme?

    Regards.

    Hi.

I use a framework theme (Headway) and it uses the default style of the members page, so I’m pretty sure that the margins and padding are not the cause (otherwise the members page would be limited to 1000px as well).

Is the width setting in the Profile Default Template, or somewhere else in settings that I can’t find? Thanks!

It okay, I found the style sheet entry 1000px limit and changed it. Thanks for the reply.
