Profile Pic Compulsory

I am wanting to make a Profile Pic Compulsory when registering, I have done his via creating a form, but when editing profile the pic is not there.
Is there a way to do this – so user only needs to update profile pic once at registration.

It is not possible to upload a profile picture during registration due to WordPress restrictions.
If you want to force users to upload profile pictures after registration I suggest checking our Profile completeness extension.
