profile rights

The start problem was to integrate Search Console in Analytics. To do this I need to view the code on the start page. I can’t. I search long time and I couldn’t find it. Than I started looking at the users. Somehow I changed the rights to the profile.

Now the profile can’t be change. I tried to make new, but this one can’t be deleted. So I can’t reach the code, on the start page. Neither can I change the now “administrator” profile to the most authorised profile. I am blocked in my dashboard and I can’t change back or delete.
