# Progress Bar Doesn’t Appear

 * Hello!
 * I just installed and activated this plugin and checked the settings and I have
   tried to test it and the progress bar does not appear. I have even logged out
   and tried in a private browser to double check. Is there something else I need
   to do?

 * can you provide some more information, which theme do you use, PHP, WP and WC
   version?
 * It would also help if you could share link to your website.
 * unfortunately, it seems that this plugin doesn’t work well on all themes. We 
   are working on the new release and hopefully, we’ll fix this in the future.

 * I use a theme that is a child that was made from Primrose. I am not sure about
   PHP, WP, or WC. (I don’t touch the code)

 * If there is anything I need to do to edit it, or add the custom CSS, I know how
   to do that.

 * Your customers just have to enter a shipping address first.
 * I suppose you have set these options at: WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > 
   Shipping options > Calculations
