Progress Bar – Manual Input

    Hello GIVE team!

    I have a client who is using multiple methods of receiving donations for a specific cause.

    When people donate using these alternative methods, is there any way I could teach her to manually update the progress bar so that it doesn’t only show the amount donated via the GIVE plugin?

    Hey Geoff,

    Thanks for the kind words. Right now we don’t have any non-code way to update the progress bar. If you’re interested, I can provide you with a code snippet to update the goal progress value… but it’s not really an interface, which is what I think you’re looking for.

    We’re trying to determine the best way to allow people to update the goals, either by adding transactions manually or by adjusting the goal themselves. That’s still being discussed internally at the moment.
