 * I purchased the Pro version and installed it. Now I have two EZPay Lite menu 
   items and it is still asking me to convert to pro.
    Please advise.

 * NM, I had to deactivate the lite version for the menu items to be replaced by
   pro. How about some instructions in the download email?
