# Promo shortcode empty image

 * Hi,
 * First post here. On my homepage at [deoshiae.com](http://deoshiae.com), I have
   3 promo shortcodes in which I have images, text, and buttons. The images, however,
   are in the text body of the shortcode rather than in the designated image space.
 * This has resulted in a transparent box at the top of each of the 3 promos with
   the word “image” inside of them. The size of these boxes vary with different 
   web browsers.
 * How do I get rid of this?
