    Hello,

    I set some coupon codes depending on the cart total. Some of my products are already discounted (low price), so I don’t want them to help to reach the discount thresholds. I tried to set the discounted product as in offer or to exclude it from the promotional codes, but in both cases, when the discounted product (low price) is added to the cart togheter with other products (full price), the coupon codes are not applied.
    Is there a way to solve the problem?

    Can you please share how coupon codes are added to your site?

    Is it thru the built-in Coupon Management? If so, can you please share a screenshot of your coupon’s settings?

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Otherwise, if this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Hi,

    To understand better your site’s configuration, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. It is located under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. 

    Please provide me with one link to one product at a low price so that I can test it better. Thanks.

    As you can see, there are several spending thresholds that allow you to activate the relevant coupon codes.
    Among my products (books) there are two collections of three and four books.

    Hello @niblan8,

    First, I would like to make sure we’re on the same page. You want your coupon codes to work ONLY when the product is not on sale already.

    In that case, you only need to check the box in the screenshot below.

    I have a 100% discount, as you can see the sale product is not counted in the discount.

    Please note that the will not work if you have a fixed cart coupon, you’ll need to switch the coupon to percentage.

    Thank you for your reply.
    Indeed I have some fixed cart coupons. I tested one coupon switching it to percentage and it worked.
    With some algebraic calculation, I think I can achieve my objectiv.
