Hello! Thanks for your amazing plugin. I would like to know about the correct spelling of the prompt, maybe there are some rules? I wrote to the bot about how he should behave, and also wrote 7 questions from a new line (these are the questions that he should ask the person). And everything is fine, he behaves 90% correctly. But there are times when he just writes absolutely all the questions. That is, he does not wait for a response from the user to ask a new question that I indicated to him. And he throws out all 7 questions. What am I doing wrong?

    Question number 2.)
If I use let’s say GPT3 (not turbo), then in 95% of cases it simply issues all the questions in one message.

If possible, please explain to me what I’m doing wrong.

Question 3. Is it possible to search the site, for example woocommerce products. So that the user simply writes in free form, for example, “White Gucci bag” and only white Gucci bags are shown to him.

    Hi @alexivai,

I am the developer of AI Engine, so basically, I bring the features of Open AI (and/or other AI models) to WordPress. But I am not a prompt expert or anything, I don’t actually spend too much time trying prompts and optimizing them 🙂

It will be hard for you to get an answer here as the forums are more focused on the plugin itself than OpenAI. Maybe you could try to join my Discord Channel and discuss with the other users? I think it might help. Alternatively, OpenAI also have a Discord Channel and Support Forums that you could try.
