 * Hi,
 * Frist thanks for making this excellent google maps plugin. I really like all
   the different map source options, the responsive behavior and directions option.
 * I found a problem / bug using the QR code option. I use my Dashboard over https/
   SSL with a self signed certificate. Normal content is served over unencrypted
   http.
 * If I fetch the QR code with the QR button it give a redirect to the map with
   a https link. This is unexpected behavior.
 * It would be nice If I could input my own QR code as I think the automatic QR
   code with the delayed forward and adds in Japanese are quite ugly.
 * Other than that great plugin thanks!
    Bart

 * By the way, is there any way to disable the icons in the top right of the map?
 * Thanks, Bart

 * Hi Bart,
 * thanks for your feedback (I`d appreciate your review at [http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/leaflet-maps-marker](http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/leaflet-maps-marker)
   even more 😉
 * Regarding QR+SSL: if the map is displayed on an SSL page and the link for QR
   code is clicked, it uses the https address for the QR code. A way to workaround
   this would be to add the map on frontend, call the page without https and get
   the image from there. As QR codes are basically fetched from frontend, this is
   rather the normal use case and users shouldnt experience this issue I guess.
 * Using your own QR code (via upload for example) is not supported, sorry. The
   pro version though supports caching of generated QR code images in wp-content/
   uploads/leaflet-maps-marker-qr-codes – you could use this feature for your maps
   and then manually overwrite the image for the map you want to change (as the
   plugin checks if an image with the type+id is available and if yes, doesnt fetch
   a new one).
 * Regarding icons in the panel above the map: you can set the panel to be en/disabled
   on each map (checkbox to the left). The icons available in the panel can be changed
   globally in Settings / Map defaults / Default values for marker maps (respectively
   default values for layer maps).
 * best,
 * Robert

 * Hi Robert,
 * I tested again and you are right.
    Page via http;// gives QR code to page with
   http:// Must have mistaken something this afternoon when I was testing this.
 * I’ll look into the options you mention.
 * Thanks, Bart
