# Professional version not working

 * Hello, 
   I bought the Professional Lifetime license and the pro options are not
   available still.
 * In troubleshooting I have:
    - read the instructions for upload and activation in the email
    - deactivated the free version and uploaded the plugin from the purchase link
      and with overwriting
    - deactivated and deleted the free version and then reuploaded the plugin from
      the purchase link
