# PLUGIN INSTALLATION PROBLEM

 * Good evening, when I install the AMP Plugin on my site, once activated, it doesn’t
   let me access the settings and no window appears in which I can change the settings.
   How can I fix? Thank you

 * Thank you for contacting us, AMP plugin provide settings menu in backend and 
   Admin users can access it.
 * If you are using paid themes and plugins such as Newspaper, Jannah, etc they 
   programmatically hide the AMP settings option and force their settings and templates
   on the AMP plugin.
 * If that’s not the case, we will recommend sending your site health information
   privately using the [Google Forms](https://forms.gle/ee95k5UeHofwj1uv9)
