# PSD to WordPress — HTML/CSS first?

 * Hello everyone, I have a PSD that i need converted to wordpress. I have hired
   2 developers and each one of them has a done shitty job. They both produced a
   functioning website The issue is that they are missing many of the small details
   from the PSD. I think this far along they do not want to go back to fix the small
   issues.
 *  I was thinking perhaps I should hire someone to convert the PSD to HTML/CSS 
   and then the HTML/CSS. WOuld you suggest this for a better outcome?
