 * We get the error Undefined array key “PT” in _/wp-content/plugins/geoip-detect/
   legacy-api.php_ on line 59. Could it be because “PT” is missing from `_geoip_detect_get_country_code_mapping()`?

 * Wow, you are right – not all countries were in that mapping. Actually I don’t
   need it anymore as I am getting the ISO Code 3 from GeoNames – the next version
   of the plugin will do this for the legacy code as well.
