 * I’ve published the post but when I click the ‘read more’ or title link, it says‘
   NOT FOUND, ERROR 404’ The page you are looking for no longer exists. Perhaps

 * Ah, I’ve word it out – there was a duplicate PAGE which didn’t allow the post
   to have the same name.
 * Too easy.
