# Publishing Error

 * When I just submitted an article, I was given this error by social publisher:
 * Failed posting to your Facebook Timeline. Error: {“message”:”Application with
   ID xxxx has not been granted the capability to use the property fb:explicitly_shared.”,”
   type”:”Exception”}
 * I then checked the facebook app and while trying to submit the action type, I
   got as far as optional capabilites and it gave me this error:
 * Tags Usage Instructions
    You have enabled the Tags property, but have not provided
   sufficient usage instructions.
 * User Messages Usage Instructions
    You have enabled the User Messages property,
   but have not provided sufficient usage instructions.
 * Explicitly Shared Usage Instructions
    You have enabled the Explicitly Shared 
   property, but have not provided sufficient usage instructions.
 * Any help appreciate, I’m stuck on this one.

 * The app_id associated with your site must submit a Publish action for approval
   with tags, user messages, and explicitly shared action capabilities. You may 
   deselect the Enable Open Graph box under Social Publisher settings to post to
   Facebook without the special action configuration until your app_id is approved.

 * Hi Niall,
 * Thanks for your reply.
 * I have deselected Enable Open Graph on Social Publisher settings.
 * However, when I try to submit the action type on the Submit Your Action Type,
   I get as far as optional capabilities then when I try to move to next step it
   gives me the following error:

   sufficient usage instructions.
 * User Messages Usage Instructions
    You have enabled the User Messages property,
   but have not provided sufficient usage instructions.
 * Explicitly Shared Usage Instructions
    You have enabled the Explicitly Shared 
   property, but have not provided sufficient usage instructions.
 * How can I fix this so I don’t get that message?
