 * I have a database that simply has codes in it for a promotion.
    I want the user
   to enter an email address and then a code is displayed. Their email address is
   logged so it can’t be used twice and instead will just show the same code again.
 * The database part is easy, but how do I access it from a wordpress page form?
   Is there a plugin that can do this?
