 * Hi Birken,
 * Thanks for contacting us, I will be happy to help.
 * Sorry to hear this is giving you problems.
 * It is indeed strange the thank you page is not appearing. Is it possible you
   built the thank you page not using the WordPress Page or Post builder, eg was
   it built using another plugin? Would you be able to try changing your thank you
   page to just /order-received/ instead of /checkout/order-received/ to see if
   that works?
 * For the second screenshot, it appears to be an issue with your Catalog Manager
   not being connected to the Pixel, I tried to replicate this issue on my test
   site and I do not get that warning using a Purchase event and having my Pixel
   connected to my Catalog Manager.
 * Kindly let us know if you have any improvements with the suggestions above.
 * All the best.

 * Hi Birken,
 * Thank you for your response.
 * Sorry to hear that didn’t work.
 * Since you are looking to send the purchase event to Facebook for tracking and
   you are using WooCommerce. Can I suggest going into Pixel Cat and going to the“
   E-Commerce” tab and where it says “Track Shopping Events”, turn the toggle to“
   ON”, then click “Save” at the bottom. Then you should not need the “Purchase”
   event you created in the “Main” tab anymore.
 * That should also get around the page not appearing in the drop-down menu when
   selecting the /checkout/order-received/ page.
 * Catalog Manager is something you create on Facebook. Pixel Cat will help you
   set this up. You can set this up by going to the “E-commerce” tab again and turning
   the “Product Feed” toggle to ON and make sure you hit Save at the bottom.
 * To set it up the catalog with Facebook you will need to visit [https://www.facebook.com/products/](https://www.facebook.com/products/)
 * On the screen, select “+ Create Catalogs”. Select the type.
 * For upload method, choose “Upload Product Info” and give your catalog a name.
 * Choose which Pixel to associate with your Product Catalog. Make sure this is
   the same pixel that you used when setting up Pixel Cat.
 * Click Create
 * Well done. You’ve just created your Product Catalog. Now click Add Your Items
   in Bulk and Add Items.
 * Select your new product catalog and choose Use Bulk Upload. Choose Scheduled
   feed and click Next.
 * Now you need to go back to Pixel Cat and copy your Feed URL from the E-commerce
   tab.
 * Paste the URL into the Feed URL field.
 * Leave the username & passwords fields empty, and click Next.
 * Now you will see a screen asking you to set the schedule. Once set up, click
   Next, and on the next screen decide your default currency, then click “Upload”.
 * You’ll now see a screen showing the status of your import, and showing which
   you’ve imported.
 * You can also follow the instructions for set up at this link – [https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/facebook-product-catalog-woocommerce/](https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/facebook-product-catalog-woocommerce/)
 * I hope that helps.
 * All the best.

 * hello,
 * i am super confused do i need to setup my products on facebook shop? i dont want
   that 🙁 i just want my product catalog on my server woocommerce.
    also the /checkout/
   order-received/ don’t exist in your dropmeny.
 * i just did another check with the pixel and i got this message:
 * ISSUE
    The pixel for this event is not paired with a product catalogue. This
   may cause your catalogue features and dynamic ads to not work properly. SOLUTION
   Use Business Manager or product catalogue preferences API to pair your pixel
   and catalogue.

 * hello,
 * still dont understand if need to upload all my products to facebook?
 * i choose pixel i dont know if is right is all very overwhelming. this is how
   it look now
    please see screenshots. [https://ibb.co/fGD3L31](https://ibb.co/fGD3L31)

 * i still get these messages is it something i have missed?
 * Purchase:
    Products Are Missing From Your Catalogs Retargeting ads can’t run
   for 1 out of 1 product purchases on this page, because the products people have
   purchased are missing from your catalogs.
 * InitiateCheckout:
 * WARNINGS
    Products Are Missing From Your Catalogs Retargeting ads can’t run for
   2 out of 2 product interactions on this page, because the products people have
   interacted with are missing from your catalogs

 * hello again,
 * i followed your instruction and created a product feed but i had to do it with
   out the variation as i got error that server was slow.
 * so now i only get one error when check with pixel helper see here [https://ibb.co/x3VJCsY](https://ibb.co/x3VJCsY)
 * still problem with purchase page i have added the checkout page as i still cant
   found the /order-received/ page as i don’t have any custom thankyou page. and
   now when customer goes to checkout it shows up as an purchase what is off course
   not what i want.
 * so my questions are:
 * 1. how can i setup /order-received/ page in pixel cat?
    2. what does the error
   mean on the screenshot? 3. why does it say that products missing when all the
   products are uploaded: Number of products in this data feed: 334

 * Hi Birken,
 * Thanks for getting back to me.
 * Yes if required, it is a good idea to use the Variations Toggle in Pixel Cat
   to not upload the variations.
 * When adding your products to the Catalog, it is recommended that you click on“
   Use Bulk Upload”, which is the middle option. Not “Add Manually” or “Use a Pixel”.
 * If you did not add the Catalog to Pixel with this method, that could explain
   why your warning says “Products are missing from your catalog”
 * If using WooCommerce and you have already turned on the “Track Shopping Events”
   in the “E-commerce” tab of Pixel Cat, you can skip creating a manual Purchase
   event in the “Events” section of the main Pixel tab. WooCommerce will send the
   Purchase event for you with Pixel Cat.
 * I hope that helps.
