Well, to start with AO does not do page caching, it can only optimizes resources such as JS, CSS, Google Fonts & Images, … Now (depending on your configuration) autoptimized JS/ CSS is not (always) specific for one page or post, so you cannot delete cached JS/ CSS for one page/ post Alex. Moreover AO “detects” changes in CSS/ JS, so if any change is there AO will generate new cache entries for that, so there should be no need to delete the cache for that.
hope this clarifies,
frank
That’s Great, Ok so here is what i’m experiencing:
– I use AO with WPFC, all is great, when I edit a post and then update it, the changes does not take effect in the text i changed unless i purge AO cache.
Of course i tried to Empty the cache of the specific post first via WPFC nothing happened. the changes were not reflected unless i purged the AO.
I should also mention that i never had to empty the cache of WPFC when i attemp to update a post, it automatically purge the current post’s cache. I really want AO to work for me on top of WPFC.
Thank you

well, AO & WPFC integrate, so if you purge AO’s cache, WPFC’s will be purged entirely as well, that’s why purging AO’s cache (seems to) help(s).
Is there anyway I can use them both without having to empty the cache of AO every time I tweak text?
Sorry it was a hiccup everything works fine with WPCF, i don’t need to empty the AO cache it was a glitch or something.
thank you for your time.
