 * I just finished my site on the staging platform and I went to transfer it to 
   my live site and I am missing the “Push Changes” button in order to do that. 
   I only can see the delete, update or open buttons.

 * I am facing the same Problem. On the live site (WordPress 4.9.1) I only have 
   the following options for a specific staging site: **Delete Update Open**

 * so it looks like the push feature only applies to the pro version.
