    Hi,
    I just installed and configured the notifications addon for the plugin. The slack integration is working, but so far I haven’t been able to get anything forwarded to pushbullet. I enabled the feature in settings and entered my pushbullet token, but no luck.

    Any progress on this? I just tried it again I’m still not having any luck with Pushbullet.

    Hi again,
    I just did some more tests and I got a notification for closing a ticket, however the other ones aren’t coming through yet.

    re-opening tickets is sending a notification as well

    Also, when clicking directly on a notification, i get a screen saying “You are not allowed to edit this item.”

    However, when I go to my pushbullet homepage, it shows a list of the notifications with the full content as it should.

    Is this issue being looked into at all? I’d like to be able to give our client some kind of idea when they can expect this to be working properly…

    When you saw “You are not allowed to edit this item.”, where you logged in your support site? What is your user role?

    Hi Siam,
    I’m the admin on the site, and yes, I believe I was logged in.

    However, now I’m not getting any pushbullet notifications anymore…
