 * Hi, my enquiry is regarding the Android App. I wanted to install it in order 
   to see if it’s what I need prior purchasing premium plugins, but keep getting
   the error (cannot be download due to error 963). Could you help me to overpass
   this??
    I was using HTC M8.

 * That error is google play issue, sorry we can’t help with that. Maybe clear your
   phone cache and see if that would help. Alternatively, you can use another phone
   and check.
