# QR Code Error

 * Hi, thank you in advance,
 * In the PDF ticket is showed a QR Code that allows us to check-in attendees in
   the system, when you are logged in as an administrator, but, when you are **not
   logged **in as an administrator, and you scan the QR code, you are redirected
   to a WordPress classical error page. Is there a way of showing a different message
   to attendees? or redirecting to another page? How can we fix this problem?

 * Hi again, I’ve noticed that this error is showed also in the admin side when 
   you are logged in despite we can still continue the check-in registration.

 * We have found on the error log file that it was an error caused by another plugin,**
   Hummingbird**, after disabling it this error was fixed. Thanks
