 * I would like to create a QR_Code for each participant in the Participants Database.
   
   Something like the link for a specific participant:

 * This will require some coding skills. It is possible to add a custom field type
   to Participants Database, as described in this article:

 * You will need to hook in to a 3rd party service or perhaps another WP plugin 
   to provide the QR code image.
