# QSM causing server error 500

 * A webmaster in our team has reported that when QSM is activated, our website 
   immediately gets a Server Error 500, and the error disappears immediately when
   the plugin folder is moved and the plugin is disabled

 * I hope this message finds you well. My apologies for the delayed response.
 * Regarding the 500 server error you encountered, I sincerely apologize for any
   inconvenience caused by the QSM plugin.
 * To resolve this issue, I recommend using FTP access to remove the QSM plugin 
   from the wp-content folder. Once deleted, you should be able to log into your
   WordPress dashboard. From there, please install and activate the latest version
   of the QSM plugin from the WordPress repository.
 * Please let me know if this resolves the issue. If not, we will take further steps
   to ensure the problem is fully addressed.

 * I tried what you mentioned, deleted the plugin folder, re-installed it

 * I get the error message
