 * Hi everyone,
    I’m helping out a client integrating square with Woo.
 * My main issue is that I have having problems syncing.
    Sometimes I get products
   to come over, but even when they do only occasionally do the quantities sync
   across – even though the location in Woo is set to the one set in the Square
   plugin in the WooCommerce Square settings. Any thoughts ? TIA, Dave

 * Just a follow up.
    I removed all the stock in WooCommerce products. Did a sync,
   and one item came in. It showed no SKU, but says it is In Stock, but no stock
   levels show This product has 3 x variations, but none of them have any stock
   levels for the location that should import into Woo! Starting to think this is
   just not working! Hope this is some help to offer advice.
 * Also I have been looking at the Woo logs, but nothing is showing as relevant!
 * And following this, I did another sync and I have 5 products, some show no SKU–
   if the import requires an SKU why is it importing products that don’t have one?

 * Hello Dave,
 * > It showed no SKU, but says it is In Stock, but no stock levels show
 * That odd because the extension does not sync products configured without SKU.
 * For further troubleshooting, can you please get back to us with:
 * 1. System Status Report:
 * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via
   WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
   Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
 * 2. Square settings:
 * A screenshot of your Square settings from **WooCommerce > Settings > Square >
   Settings**
 * If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io)
   or [http://skitch.com/](http://skitch.com/).
    _You can share the direct link
   to the image as a response to this topic._
 * [Please redact any private details, including address, name, email address, transaction
   details, API Keys, Passwords, etc]
 * 3. A screenshot of the Variable product that says `In Stock` (General, Inventory
   and Variation tabs)
 * 4. Enable logging, and Share logs for Square sync, please:
 * There’s built-in logging system enabled in the Square extension that could help
   you determine the cause of this behavior. If you haven’t enabled this already,
   you can enable this in (**WooCommerce > Settings > Square**) :
 * ⌊square-logs⌉⌊square-logs⌉
    Link to image: [https://d.pr/i/YAvv9A](https://d.pr/i/YAvv9A)
 * Once enabled, this saves sync logs under **WooCommerce > Status > Logs >**. Search
   for  `Square` logs in the drop-down at the top-right section and click on `view`
   button. Please copy the logs you’re seeing and paste them as a response to this
   email.
 * This will help us track where the problem lies. Note that we will only be able
   to view logs for actions performed after logging has been enabled. So we wouldn’t
   be able to track behavior via log if that occurred before enabling logs for the
   same.

 * Thanks Aashik,
    I organised all that for you. Note, that when I cleared the logs
   to make sure I got the latest one, it also created a critical error log which
   I have included. Ultimate Addons is an add on for the Beaver Builder page builder–
   not sure if that is relevant, but I included it in case. All the files requested
   are in a zip file via the link below. TIA, Dave [Link to download zip](https://www.dropbox.com/s/v9n0ne1jrn0glid/square_info.zip?dl=0)

 * Hello Dave,
 * Thank you for the details. I’m not seeing anything that should be causing the
   behavior you’re seeing – in that stock is incorrectly synced for those products
   even though sync is disabled for the same, and it does not contain an SKU.
 * For further troubleshooting, can you please reach out to us directly at [woologin@woocommerce.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/quantities-syncing-locations/woologin@woocommerce.com?output_format=md)
   with a link to this forum topic? We’d be glad to further investigate this there.
 * I’ll mark this topic as solved here so that there’s no loss of information when
   we continue investigating via ticket.

 * Hello Dave,
 * Apologies for the confusion here. The correct email address is `help@WooCommerce.
   com`.
 * That said, we can still see the emails sent to [woologin@woocommerce.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/quantities-syncing-locations/woologin@woocommerce.com?output_format=md),
   but not as tickets. However, I’m having trouble finding your email to [woologin@woocommerce.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/quantities-syncing-locations/woologin@woocommerce.com?output_format=md).
 * Can you please send a ticket to the corrected email address at [help@WooCommerce.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/quantities-syncing-locations/help@WooCommerce.com?output_format=md),
   so that we can further investigate?
 * You’ll be receiving an auto-response with the ticket number created for you once
   the system receives your email.
 * _[Please make sure you add a link to this thread so that you don’t have to share
   the details you’ve already shared in this forum topic]_
 * Thank you for your understanding.
