 * Thanks for this plugin.
 * I’m using a consent management service which charges me per unique visitor on
   my website.
 * a) Does each crawl interpreted as one visitor or each page crawled as one visit?
 * b) Since this would prove very expensive, the consent management platform proposed
   that your crawler adds a Query string to the url and then I could condition the
   consent management to be activated in the absence of this string only.
 * Would the crawl still work & get recognized by LS Cache ?
 * c) If yes, could you please add some option in the setting to add some query 
   string please ?

 * a) I think that’s more like how your service counts the request , so I can’t 
   really tell , but if it uses something like javascript to count , then it probably
   won’t , as crawler won’t execute any js
 * b) we use user-agent `lscache_runner` or `lscache_runner Mobile iPhone` for crawler,
   but I think this goes back to question a) , as how it counts ?
 * c) crawler will fetch whatever it read from the sitemap
