Question about addons

Hello.
I want to buy add-ons for the LearnPress and I have a question about it combine.
If I buy these two plugins:

https://thimpress.com/product/content-drip-add-on-for-learnpress/
and check the prerequisite option on the “Content Drip add-on”,
would they be work on this way:
1) Student pass Lesson 1;
2) Student get the access to the assignment 1;
3) Student pass the assignment 1 and instructor grade it;
4) Student get the access to the Lesson 2.

Or on this way:

1) Student pass Lesson 1;
2) Student get the access to the Lesson 2;
3) Student can pass the assignment 1 at any time regardless of the passing lessons.
