 * Hi Sir,
 * If am not available to answer a call from the chat, is there an option to the
   user send an e-mail? If so, how can I set that up?
 * Best,
 * Jose

 * Hi there Jose,
 * Thanks so much for getting in touch with us.
 * WP Live Chat Support has a built-in offline message functionality.
 * This is enabled by default.
 * When offline, the customer leaves a message on the Offline Form, which is then
   forwarded to your email box.
 * To ensure you receive their offline messages via email, please go to Live Chat–
   > Settings –> Offline Messages and add your email address under “Email Settings”.
 * I hope this helps? 🙂
