Question about image attachment

Hi. When a user attaches a image, it works OK, however can I set it so it is not clickable and goes to another page, I only want it to show in the post. If that is possible that would be great for how I need it.
Also not sure, but I use the black theme and the image has a white square box all around it, it’s not visually very attractive, is there a way I can remove this outline, or make it black so not visible.

You can use either
