Question about 'Read More'

Hello!

I’m using the Meteor theme (http://themeforest.net/item/meteor-retina-responsive-wordpress-theme/5029209).

In the theme options, there’s nothing to find about the ‘Read more’ options. I only want the theme to show the ‘Read More’ (Lees meer in dutch) when i ask for that in the blogpost (<!–more–>).

When you go to the singlepage of a post, i want the same image near the article on the left side.

Question: Does someone know which code i can put in the Custom CSS plugin to make this work?
