# Question/Answer Formatting

 * I am new to WPSSO and have two questions on FAQs and will post each separately.
 * On the Forum I found how to format the FAQs title with [faq id=”123″ heading=”
   h2″]
 * However, I could not find how to format the Question/Answer.
 * I tried a number of different things, but could not get anything to work.
 * I have the FAQs at the bottom of the page until I know how to use it.
 * Thank you.

 * If you are a first-time user as I am, in the left menu, in the **SSO – Social
   and Search Optimization** drop down, you will find **FAQs Settings**.
 * Under **FAQs Settings** you can set the Heading, Questions and Answer formatting.
 * I did not notice this, as I installed the FAQs plugin after I had set up WPSSO
   and had no need to go back to those settings.
 * The **FAQs Settings** is not under **FAQs** drop down in the left menu.
