 * Hi all,
 * I’m looking for a plugin where you can set up a form with questions and based
   on the answers on these questions you will get an suggestion/message/answer. 
   It is used to see if someone deserves a quality mark or not.
 * Does anyone know is there is a plugin for this?

 * I would check out [Thrive Themes Thrive Quiz Builder](https://thrivethemes.com/quizbuilder/).
 * I use all of their themes/plugins and this one is pretty robust, plenty of customizable
   features, and question/answer logic you can implement. If you have any questions
   about it just let me know.
