 * As far as I understand, you are trying to import the data you provided in the
   CSV format, however, the questions are not imported.
   If yes, please provide us
   with a **short video **where the process of getting this case can be displayed
   for further investigation of the case.

    2. What is your PHP version?
    3. What is your WordPress version?
    4. Do you have an active firewall or security plugin on your site?
    5. Can you import the example CSV file successfully?
