Question on Continous Knowledge Base Update

    Hey Maxwell,

    I was wondering if the knowledge add feature the one, where it would automatically add the new blog or page etc to the bot as embedding, does it also work on page or blog updates? or just when the new content is first published?

    If its just the first published scenario, can you please provide a guide or add the feature so that it can add or update the embedding when the page is updated as well.

    Hi @hemantsarthak,

    Thanks for reaching out. Under the knowledge page you will see a tab that says “Auto-sync settings”. Here can you turn on auto sync for posts, pages, and more.

    Once turned on any new page/post published, updated, or deleted, will automatically trigger an update in the knowledge database. If the page/post was published before turning auto-sync on, you will need to submit it to the knowledge base manually and then going forward it will remained synced.
