   sent to a FTP location?

 * It’s available only in pro version.
 * Scheduled jobs support checkbox “Make separate file for each order”.

 * But if you want to export order immediately after payment – use “Status change”

 * could you rephrase 1st question ?
    probably, you should use tab “Tools” to copy
   settings.
 * you can open section “Setup fields” and drag/reorder/rename columns.

 * Sorry I meant where can I see the data types that the plugin can export to a 
   csv?
 * Can I add custom fields too? For example, I want to upload to our ERP and would
   like a column called “Account number” with the same data outputted into each 
   CSV.
