Question regarding header and icon

    Hi there, I really like this theme and I want to purchase it but I cannot for the life of my change the header image, irrespective of image format, image resolution. I have tried uploading using the header customizer and also from the library but either way I can get as far as the crop section and regardless if I skip or crop and publish the page does not load and I can’t get any further.

    I also asked a question in a previous thread about the icon customisation.

    can you give us the link to you website? without it, it’s hard to solve your problem.

    Ignore this its possibly a memory issue, i will speak to my host.

    Actually I get the same issue. You choose your image, and you get to crop it, but it can’t get pass the submission stage to add a new header image.

    In that case I take it back 🙂 Again like the theme but this is kinda holding me back from checking it out before I make a decision on a purchase.

    I’ve just tested this out on a few different installations and it works the way it should.

    The theme itself only hooks into the default WordPress header functionality. If something is stopping you from uploading a header image I would first turn off all of your plugins and then see if that solves the problem.

    Yeah I think in my case it may be a memory issue I have made changes to mem allocation in wp-config.php with no avail but I am waiting for my host to update the php.ini.

    All good fixed this now, created the php.ini in the wpadmin folder and set the memory limit to 256MB

    memory_limit = 256M;

    Thanks assisting me narrow this down.
