Question regarding the features and display of the PRENA plugin

    Dear Support,

    I recently installed the plugin “PRENA – Pre-order product for WooCommerce” and am generally satisfied with its features. However, I have noticed two issues on which I need assistance:

    1. Missing Settings Options:
    I do not have access to all the configuration options outlined in your documentation at this address:

    For example:
    Hide Time Pre-Order > Coming Soon
    Back to Pre-Order > Coming Soon
    Colours > I can only change 3 colors
    Payment & Delivery > Coming Soon
    Admin notification > Coming Soon
    Customer notification > Coming Soon

    I have no pre-order settings in WooCommerce.

    2. Display Issue on the Shop Page:
    When certain items are available for pre-order, the plugin’s text appears below the main product text.

    For example:

    If I have a pre-order item on my shop page, I will see the product image, the product name, and its price below the image. If I hover over this image, I see a “Quick View” button at the bottom of the image, then the product name, and below that, text that overlaps with “add to cart” and “Available on…”, but this overlaps the title, making it unreadable.
    Is it possible to:

    • Move this text further down?
    • Or remove it only on this page?

    For your information, all my plugins, themes, and the WordPress version are fully up to date.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Those settings belong to the premium version of PRENA, which hasn’t been released yet. Once the premium version is approved and published on the market, those additional options will become available.

    Could you please share the exact page or a sample product link where you’re seeing that overlapping issue? The page you mentioned currently has Coming Soon mode active, so I couldn’t check the layout directly.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback. With your guidance, I was able to resolve the issue and obtain the answers I needed.

    My client has ultimately decided not to proceed with the launch at this time. I apologize for this unforeseen change and thank you again for your assistance.

    Hello,

    I would like to ask when the following options, which are currently marked as Coming Soon, are expected to be available in the plugin:

    • Admin notification > Coming Soon
    • Customer notification > Coming Soon

    We are currently using the free version of the plugin on a production website, and these features are critical for our workflow. We are interested in upgrading to the premium version, but only once these notification functionalities are available.

    Is there an estimated release date or timeline for when these features will be launched?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message and for your interest in upgrading. The Admin notification and Customer notification features will be available in the Premium version of the plugin.
