Question/Offer

Hi there,
I am looking to build a site with several access levels, perhaps three (not logged in / Basic member / Premium member). Am I understanding this plugin correctly that this is what it does?

If so, could we get in touch through email? Because if it is what I need, I will probably be installing it, and I will want my own language, so I might as well translate the language files for all to use, right?
