    Hi,

    Wonderful plugin which I have been using for couple of years now. Bringing in tons of reviews each and every month.

    I have 2 issues or questions which I’m looking to figure out.

    1. On Customer Reviews homepage under features it has “Social media integration” including Facebook and Instagram integration. How or where should it be done? I cannot find anything related to it or sharing reviews on social media.
    2. Is it possible to send multiple reminders with free account? Is it possible to create flow for customers who has not given review. For example if I send out reminder after 10 days, some will give review but some do not. I want to send 2nd reminder for customers who have bought the product but did not leave review after 1st reminder. Is it possible to create such flow with CusRev plugin?

    1. You can share reviews on social media from the “Reviews” page in your dashboard at CusRev website.
    2. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send multiple review invitation for the same order with a Free version. You will need a Pro version for that. Currently, the plugin doesn’t have a feature for automated flows with multiple follow-up reminders like you described. However, it is something that we are working on and will make it available in the future versions of the plugin.

    If I get Pro version, I will still have to send 2nd reminders manually, right? There is currently no way to have condition where customer already left review so it would not send 2nd reminder to someone who already left review?
    Do you have any timeline when this updates is planned to be done?

    Wish you all the best and hopefully new features will be available shortly so we could automate the flows a bit more.

    Yes, you will need to send 2nd reminders manually. There is no automation for 2nd reminders. It is difficult to confirm the timeline but probably it will be in the next 2-3 months.
