    Is there a phone number where we can get immediate help like when you use Stripe or Paypal? When it comes to money collection, there is not time to be messing with forums and waiting for someone to get back to you through email.

    Also, how good is this at handling bank chargebacks? Paypal is horrible and has a reputation of siding with the customer regardless of how ridiculous their claim or how much proof you give them. I don’t want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire.

    At the time being we are reachable here and via email as we tend to ask for screenshots&logs in most of our interactions which is something not possible to share over a phone call. 🙂</img>
