Hello. I have a couple questions about the EWWW plugin.

    1. When I upload an image to the WordPress media library, several smaller size thumbnail images are created. Will your plugin optimize my original image and the thumbnails, or only the thumbnails? I ask because another similar free plugin (Smush) optimizes only the thumbnail images. I’m looking for something that also optimizes the original image.

    2. Does your plugin have any limits as to how many images can be optimized, e.g. 100 images per month?

    Thanks

    1. Yes, the EWWW Image Optimizer compresses originals also, in either free mode, or using the compression API. However, the ExactDN only compresses images that get displayed to your visitors, which may not include full-size versions. So if you are trying to save disk space, the compression API is your best option, the free mode second-best.

    2. The free mode is unlimited in number and size of images to be compressed. Any further questions about ExactDN or the compression API need to be directed to https://ewww.io/contact-us/ as we aren’t supposed to discuss premium/paid services on the forums.
