You can do this–but it compromises something you want to do below (ownership of listings). Listings can be anonymous, but editing them is more challenging (it’s based on IP address which can change).

– The administrator of the site has to approve the reigstration before it becomes part of the directory

Yes, we support this. You can approve new or edited listings, both

– The ability to change to owner of an already registered animal.

You can do this if you have registered users who own listings, which conflicts with #1 above.

– Being able to see both the breeder and the owner in the searchresult.

You can make breeder and owner in the listings and expose them in search results, no problem. This is handled under Manage Form Fields in the plugin.

. Being able to search for both the ear-tag, leg-ring or the chip of the animal. I mean that you are able to search for either of these and get a result.

Yes, you can search for as little or as much as you want on the advanced search screen and we’ll find the matches of them for those fields.

-Being able to register additional decriptive marks of the animal, such as the race, color and sort of fur the animal posseses.

-Being able to search with incomplete id-numbers and still get a result in case the number is hard to read.

We support wildcards in the search, so if you’re searching for “foobar” and put in “foo”, we’ll match foobar on it like “foo*”.
