 * When the error QUEUE-1-SAVE is displayed on the Emails page, it could be that
   some of the automated emails (Welcome Email, Post Notifications, WooCommerce)
   are enabled but have an empty subject/content.
 * In this case, please disable the faulty email.
 * If that’s not the case, please let us know.

 * Can you please confirm that there are no emails created in Welcome Email, Post
   Notifications, WooCommerce tabs?
 * Also, if the error is displayed when trying to save the newsletter, it means 
   there’s something preventing the template/newsletter from being saved. It could
   be that the newsletter is too long (and your server has limitations regarding
   file sizes), or WordFence is blocking SQL injections, for example.
 * Can you please check that?
