 * I’ve been using this plugin for a long time, and during a major update to WP,
   there was a bug in the display of users’ application emails, but the support 
   team was polite and listened to our situation. The support team was polite and
   listened to our situation and worked with the engineers to issue a patch to fix
   the bug. The problem was successfully resolved and we are very grateful for their
   detailed support.
