Quick / Speed menu ordering plugin

Hi there WP friends

I am building a small webpage for a friend of mine.
And he would like a quick / speed menu ordering plugin.

I took a look on several kind of menu booking plugins.
but all of them, either requier registration or they are not free.

Do any of you know of some kind og quick menu ordering system / plugin.

The customer, just need to pick the dinner / launch menu.
And then fill out a form with name, email, phone etc.
And then the plugin send a e-mail to the customer and to the owner of
the cafe / restaurant.

Really hobe you can help a newbie here 🙂
