# Quicklinks

 * I’m trying to create a quicklink in my post so people can obviously skip farther
   down the page to read the pieces they want. I tried to put this code into the
   html, but it tottally screws the order of the page.
 * [Gear Guide](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/quicklinks/?output_format=md#gear_guide)
 * 
 * Basically I want the Gear Guide to skip down to the paragraph below titled Gear
   Guide. The firt Gear Guide is supposed to be the link and the second the paragraph.
   Once I put the name id in the page layout gets totally screwed.
 * Thanks for any advice.
