When I deactivated it, my chat shows up. The cookies still shows up on my builder. Last time I tested in Divi, it worked. Also my subscription is already expired on last year, but I use Divi and updating with no problem at all. However, I did click on “divi” in the settings. Elegant url themes are present in “Domains”. The division version is 4.19.2.
