# Quicktag

 * I have a question. Now that I have downloaded the quicktags plugin, do I have
   to make any changes? Or do I upload it straight?
 * And, to which directory do I upload it?

 * I assume you are talking about the **Comments Quicktags** which is totally different
   than the Quicktags used in your Write area.
    The latter one comes with your WP
   install, you just have to disable to wysiwyg editor.
 * For the comments quicktags plugin, I assume it work like every plugin: you read
   the instructions and install it. Plugins should be installed in wp-content/plugins
   directory and then activated through the admin panel > Plugins.

 * Owen’s instructions for the comment quicktags plugin are pretty straight forward:
 * Download and unzip the file, put the file in wp-contents/plugins folder,then 
   activate it.
