    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry about the trouble here.

    Would you be able to update MonsterInsights to the latest version?

    Once you’ve updated, please reconnect MonsterInsights and Google Analytics, making sure to be completely disconnected first.

    Here are steps you can follow:

    1. Log into your wp-admin.
    2. Go to Insights » Settings.
    3. Click on Disconnect MonsterInsights. You might need to do this step twice if it shows an error the first time, and that’s totally okay, it should work the second time.
    4. Now you should get a success message saying you’ve successfully disconnected.
    5. While fully disconnected, go ahead and connect MonsterInsights again.
